As EVP, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, I lead a talented 55-member global legal and compliance team at RealPage, a formerly public (NASDAQ:RP) company (taken private by Thoma Bravo in 2021) with 8000+ employees on 4 continents that provides cloud-based software (SaaS) and data analytics to the real estate industry. Prior to joining RealPage in 2010, I was a partner at Baker Botts LLP, an international law firm, where I spent 18 years representing both public and private clients with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, SEC compliance, corporate governance, technology and outsourcing transactions, and general corporate matters.
