This has given me a unique depth of knowledge on the full suit of services across all channels.Key achievements: - My work has been a key enabler in supporting and advancing this strategic priority for the Bank and the outputs of my analysis has been presented to the Board of Directors. - I created a service matrix of customer-initiated services, identifying the volumes and calculating the cost of these activities across AIB channels. This data will be used to easily identify value creators and destroyers across AIB channels and to generate strategies to manage each. - Based on this analysis I built a model to show how changes in the volume of activity and/or a shift in activity to another channel impacts the total cost of providing these services. The responsibilities of the role were: - Primary analyst on business transformation project to examine the cost and volume of transactions and services provided to the bank’s customers. This a multifaceted project with many senior stakeholders. The competing workstreams requires flexibility and adaptability in order to achieve the evolving project goals. - Work closely with diverse range of teams in Marketing, Finance and the business to understand the analysis requirements and the drivers behind the requests. - Use a wide variety of analytical and statistical tools to extract, model, interpret and display information outputs, supporting strategic decision making across Retail Banking.
