CurrentGeodetic Manager* Established and extended horizontal and vertical networks in the Barwon Water region and integration of coordinates to SMES. * Least Squares Adjustment 1990 - 1995 Trigad and Level* LSA 1990 - 2005 Newgan and Level* LSA 2005 - 2016 12D and LevelCoordinate BW Regional Map Base Updates* By a combination of convential traversing and Photographic derived coordinates. GPSnet Establishment* Established the second GPSnet Base withing Victoria in 1999.* Tested Submeter GPSnet applications with Trimble GeoXT GIS Mapping units.* Tested first Trimble R8 GPS with GPSnet resections by external mobile phone.* Established GPSnet bases at Ceries Water Tower, Apollo Bay STP, and then Marengo Water Basin.* 2007 with Land Victoria, Melbourne University, Geomatic Technology coordinated the project of data capture covering the Barwon Water area of works occupying GBM's and HSM's and created a Geoid Model for our asset capture program. Barwon Water Monitoring Program* 1992 began establishing horizontal and vertical monitoring of initially 12 reservoirs and basins. In 2000 this increased to 18 reservoirs and basins.* 2002 Establish Gerangamete Groundwater Monitoring system ( 4 control sites with groups of 3 deep seated control drilled into bedrock, and eleven 4.5m deep monitoring marks).This network is measured by GPS static observations annually.* 2007 Establish the Anglesea Groundwater Monitoring system ( 3 Smartnet Aus base stations Painkalac, Torquay and Wurdee, along with 30 monitoring marks at a depth of 4.5m).* 2016 Introduction to point cloud data software 3dReshaper.* 2017 Introduction of DJI Phantom 4 Technology for Asset Monitoring, Media production and Survey Data acquisition for future projects.* 2019 Obtained my RePL qualification through the Institute of Drone Technology.
