Responsible for 30 outstanding new immigrant students aged from 18 to 23 years• Logistic coordination: Procurement management, staff scheduling and coordination• Events planning: more than 10 events per year. Participant accommodation and transportation management, daily follow up planning, plan event building• Team working: team member of 4 workers staff, brainstorming session, candidature examination• Educational activities: make the participants discover the Israeli society and culture, information and orientation to students according to their profile, elaborate an academic objective• Communication: link with universities, with organisms and students' parents
