I am a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Registered Valuer with over 15 years commercial property experience. My specialisms include the negotiation of rent reviews, lease renewals, valuation, rating and lease regears on behalf of a range of landlord and tenant clients and where necessary the preparation of Expert Reports in connection with Arbitration and Court Proceedings. I deal with a full range of commercial properties with particular emphasis on high street retail. I also undertake Red Book valuations across the full spectrum of property types.
