As the principal accounting officer of the Trust, I participated in all aspects of portfolio management and Trust administration. Responsibilities changed with the evolving needs of the Trust and included: In charge of both corporate Trust and Management Company accounting and reporting, cash flow modeling for capital and distribution planning, SEC filings and tax compliance. One of three officers principally responsible for the start up of the Trust’s property management company – 4 million square feet placed under management. Developed and documented accounting and management policies and procedures. Managed the Trust systems environment - installed network and established database warehouse which centralized data for asset management and property management and incorporated MRI for management and Argus for asset management and portfolio review.
