Implement process improvements to ensure predictable processes across all product lines.Provide effective and responsible QA support to Production to meet objectives of Quality, cost and output. Drive and implement plant wide quality system improvements (BSI & ISO). Liaise with QC Inspectors on all QC production issues. Chair weekly quality meetings. Provide all relevant QA/QC documentation including Audit/Final Test data and implement product 1st Piece Inspection/Final Test/Packaging documentation to QC/Production. Debug line failures in Production to determine root cause. Liaise with customers/suppliers on product issues through Corrective Action process (8D). Ensure all quality & safety standards are implemented and maintained (BSI, BEAB, CE, UL & ISO).

Responsible for all internal Quality related issues within Xerox Electronics Business Unit, which included Production related Quality issues, issuing and closure of Internal/External Corrective Actions (CAR/SCAR); all Internal Auditing as per QMS; maintenance & updating of ISO9001 QMS; New Product Qualification which included the development of Product Quality Packs (PQP) used to define the processes and controls required to produce specific products, including Product MSA, First Piece Measurement Study and Process FMEA; developing & updating QC Operator Instruction Cards, by-weekly con calls with Customers in relation to Customer Returns/Shipments (Customer Satisfaction); and the tasking of Quality Coaches on a daily basis.
