Working for telent's Rail business delivering telecoms and network projects on the London Underground. Previously, I was working in the Urban Traffic industry delivering multiple projects on Transport for London’s TCMS2 Contract to modernise, maintain and improve London’s traffic control systems.Role description:• Delivering projects of various sizes across the Rail and Traffic industries.• P&L ownership and forecasting for senior management• Resource planning (internal / external)• Risk analysis and control• QHSE / CDM document production• Client relationship building• Team leadership

Working on the Government funded Broadband Delivery UK (BDUK) project building BT's fibre optic broadband network. A £500 million contract, it is the fastest and largest telecoms infrastructure rollout in the world, helping supply Britain with BT’s superfast broadband capabilities.• Establish and deliver a programme of works to provide power connections to BT cabinets across 10 seperate projects• Liase with suppliers, power companies and project teams to schedule works in alignment to the project plans.• Liase and develop relationships with the various client representatives• Manage a small team to ensure the timely processing of power applications & payment of invoices.• Identify and mobilise new contractors into our supply chain• Forecast internal and supplier resource requirements.
