Leading various large mechanical and electrical programmes across the UK through direct teams and 3rd party vendors. Leading contract/vendor performance, designing, building and delivering to standards.

Leading the delivery of a 3 year £99.6m Capex investment programme to replace over 7000 old cooling units with circa 5000 energy efficient Adiabatic water based cooling units across the UK, one of the largest portfolio of cooling ever undertaken and delivered.

Leading a team of circa 23 project managers to deliver defence based projects.

Leading a team to enable fluid work into BT's engineering teams across 30+projects.
