I joined to develop the Listed Funds - real estate team and also to assist in the provision of services to a substantial real estate fund listed on the London Stock Exchange. This included the drafting of risk matrices for the Fund including the Investment Manager, update of operating procedures and manuals to meet the corporate governance requirements and listing rules of the UKLA, Stock Exchange notifications, AIFMD, Jersey regulations, Bribery and Corruption rules, dealing and conflicts of interest rules. In January 2015 the team was integrated into the Corporate Services team.

I joined as a Senior Project Manager in the regulatory reporting programme. The programme covered the implementation of reporting systems to deliver the regulatory reporting of the Group under Basle II and III, CAD, Finrep, FDSF and other new reporting requirements for tthe Prudential Regulatory Authority in the UK. I was specifically involved in managing the project to deliver the reporting requirements for the Group to Head Office in London and ultimately the PRA under FDSF.This included the analysis using the PRA reporting requirements on a quarterly basis of the existing consolidated balance sheet, the impact of interest rate stress tests on margins and balances, stress tests under various scenarios, introduction of the Group’s interest rate risk modeling software and other financial and regulatory reporting. The work also included the introduction of new operating models in the company.

As part of the sale of the Ermitage Group to Union Bancaire, UBP SA I became employed by the UBP Jersey branch. In addition to the roles as Chief Operating Officer of Ermitage Group I was involved in the integration of the systems and processes from Ermitage into UBP.

I joined the Group as Head of Group Finance and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2007. The Group had offices in Luxembourg, London, New York and Bermuda. My role also included the sale of the in-house administration function based in Luxembourg to an external service provider (2006), the sale of the Group to Caledonia Investments and the senior management team (2006), the sale of the Group to Nexar Capital Group (2011) and to Union Bancaire Privee, UBP SA (2012).

Joined the Change management team. The objective of the Group was to introduce efficient working practices through the introduction of new systems and streamlining processes.

I joined the Financial Services Group as audit supervisor and in July 1994 was promoted to audit manager.
