(2) Ability to lend against most asset classes on the balance sheet including A/R, inventory, machinery & equipment, and owner-occupied real estate. Structure can be enhanced with a cash flow term loan with amortization schedules from 3 to 7 years based upon strength of EV. (3) Deal sourcing includes direct calling, private equity, family offices, uni-tranche lenders, investment banks, capital markets / syndication groups, CPA's, turnaround consultants and business advisers. (4) Our industry focus remains agnostic / generalists. Due to our Federal Charter, we are not able to finance marijuana-related businesses.
