Volunteer Coordinator for the 2022 and 2023 SuperConference. Managing the scheduling and onboarding of over 50 volunteers each year before, during and after the event. Arranging the shift schedules for setup, breakdown, workshops, and the all important SwagBags allowed me to work hand in hand with the Supplyframe staff at HQ and at the Design Lab. Assisting with the post processing and final soldering of badges before the '23 Supercon gave me a hands on knowledge of the technical and business aspects of sourcing materials from the Design Lab vendors. During the Conference, I oversaw all volunteers and assisted conference attendees, workshop leads, vendors, and maintained a safe and secure space for the conference to run efficiently and effectively. I also assisted the Attendees with problem solving for their badges, as well as providing an on the spot solution for badge firmware updates. Joining forces with the crew at Supplyframe after years of being on the "Friend of the Frame" invite list has been an honor that I see continuing well into the future. Tom, Gio, Majenta, Amanda, and the entire staff have been the most welcoming and supportive over the past five years.
