New CEO and CFO appointed after JP Morgan event. Company successfully raised $200 million in 2020. • Head of Investor Relations for Photocure Inc. – Began consulting for Norwegian-domiciled Company in November 2020, hired full time as Vice President Investor Relations in May 2021. • Other assignments include ADMA Biologics Inc, NLS Pharmaceutics AG (preparation for IPO in 2021)

A molecular diagnostic company focused on commercializing novel blood tests based on circulating tumor DNA and circulating tumor cells designed to identify cancer biomarkers, determine treatment pathways, and monitor therapeutic response and disease progression. Developed internal investor relations program and worked as part of the senior leadership team to execute a turn-around plan including equity financings. • Instrumental in recapitalizing company to fund business plan. Worked with CEO, CFO, and investment bankers to raise $10 million in equity financing for company with only $12 million in market capitalization. Recruited high quality investors to participate in the transaction. Warrant conversions from this same financing subsequently added another $8 million in capital. • Improved visibility and corporate profile. Developed messaging, new investor slide presentation and fact sheet, as well as press releases to increase investor understanding of the company’s business and value proposition. Nine months from my joining, Biocept’s market cap increased 4-fold and stock liquidity was higher with several million-share trading days. • Established best-in-category investor relations and corporate communications program. Accountable for overall corporate communications program; managed team of 6 professionals including outsourced IR and PR resources. Reduced department expenses by one-third by renegotiating contracts and cutting costs from the budget. Regularly presented to board of directors on department progress.
