Key Achievements: Provided technical assistance on the development of labour market-oriented TVET and improved Public Employment Services in the CIS countries in a development cooperation project with LUKOIL and UNDP; Contributed to project proposals to improve RBM approaches of projects in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey and Ukraine, attracting over $ 8 million in project funding from donors; Wrote DG Report to the 10th European Regional Meeting (ERM), with a thematic focus on skills and employment trends for the future of work in Europe and Central Asia; Designed structure and communication strategy of ERM (over 700 delegates); Supervised external researchers and junior research staff; Represented ILO in regional UN-coalitions on gender and youth; Coordinated 3 development cooperation projects in Greece (portfolio size € 2.1 million);Key Competencies: Project management; Employment promotion and skills; Research and analysis; Drafting of reports and communication materials; Acquisition of donor funds; Coordination with UN agencies and donors.

Key Achievements: Revised AZ program strategy to align activities with RBM outcome objectives, performed monitoring of all program activities (AZ) and prepared outcome monitoring for program evaluation of the whole PSDP-SC; Provided technical input to an IDP rural livelihoods project and the PSDP component on labour market-oriented TVET, suggesting short, targeted training courses to reflect immediate labour market needs; Developed employment intensive tourism strategy for rural areas in Azerbaijan; Drafted a grant proposal for € 2 million from the EU on development of local planning capacities in Azerbaijan (for GIZ Local Governance Project); Developed template and established transparent procurement process for all purchases and contracting; Developed the communications strategy for the PSDP towards national stakeholders and donors; In my role as Gender Advisor for the South Caucasus, I advised other GIZ programs on gender-sensitive programing and coordinated the strategic evaluation of the GIZ Gender Action Plan 2010-2015 in the South Caucasus.
