At Sandhills Publishing I worked as a Sales Intern in the TractorHouse department where my primary role was to sell advertisements to farmers who had equipment for sale. My day to day tasks included calling on my current customers to sell the the products they desire as well as prospecting for potential customers. I also had the opportunity travel both in the United States and Canada to work directly with customers and see how the business really worked.

While working at First State Bank Nebraska I was able to study under several different loan officers and learned about multiple areas of the bank. Some of the main areas that I focused on were Credit Review, Credit Analysis, and Customer Service. My tasks in these respective roles involved creating numerous loan presentations, devoloping spreadsheets for a variety of special projects, reviewing loan files to making sure that they had the correct documents, and working with customers to manage their loan and deposit transactions.
