Role directly support Chief Patient Supply Officer and VPs across CMC and Quality organizations. I play a major role in developing and maintaining internal and external relationships and facilitating ideas.Key activities I have led in this post include; 1. Developed governance and commucnaitionns plans - managing their implementation, 2. Running program level lesson-leant activities - tracking recommendation through to implementation,3. Working with cross-functional partners to develop new ways of working,4. Mentoring of Project planners,5. Managing asset transfer into company - inc. data/material transfer, CMO engagements and contract establishment.My role support groups across four locations (UK and USA), and enables me to interact at all levels covering strategic direction (partnerships / objectives / recruitment) to operational tasks (inventory management / governance-communication structures). To support this I tailor messages as appropearte to the target audience and work in an agile manner.This role requires that I am pro-active - seeking-out concerns before they become issues and bringing them to the appropearte authority to develop action plans. I am a self-tasker, considering what the company may need me to support next and helping to shape the ground.
