Responsible for the strategic management of Family Dollar nationally (one of the InComm's Top national customers). FD had 8500+ retail locations in the US. Managed a team responsible for the overall account management including; all sales, revenue, operations, customer care, billing/accounting, project management, technology support, and the executive level relationship. Grew FD from $50M in total revenue to $400M+ in total revenue annually. InComm was recognized as "Vendor of the Year" under my management. Prior to this role I managed all of account management for InComm and a team of 20+ that was responsible for over 200+ national accounts responsible for $800M+ in revenue annually.

Responsible for generating new sales and developing relationships with new clients. Responsible for selling technical and specialized consulting resources to telecommunications companies (heavy software and telecom related projects). Integrity Management Group was sold to partners and resurrected as part of the current operating company, IMG Solutions.

Responsible for overall sales and account management functions for BellSouth Corporation and Cingular Wireless (responsibilities also included the entire southeastern region). Responsible for marketing and selling complex BSS/billing and CRM software for one of the largest telecommunications software companies in the billing industry. Sold $15M of software within first year. Portal was eventually purchased by Oracle.

Responsible for marketing and selling complex BSS/billing, CRM, and Ecare software within a 12-state region. Responsible for growing and managing a sales funnel in excess of 40+ companies per quarter as well as maintaining a quota of $12 million annually. Sold BSS/billing, CRM and Ecare software to various market segments within the telecommunications arena including CLECs, ICPs, ASPs, ISPs, wireless content providers, and broadband companies. Sold over $16 million in software during 1st year with Daleen and exceeded all quarterly/yearly quotas.

Responsible for leading a team of professionals in the pursuit of sales and account management opportunities for large commercial customers and other common carrier transport (CLEC, ISP, and IXC) connectivity within KNOLOGY’s broadband local service area. Previously was a Sales Manager that managed all sales functions for the entire Montgomery, AL broadband cable system (both residential and commercial sales for this market). Responsible for managing a team of 20 for both the residential and commercial markets. Worked with the General Manager on building and developing the Montgomery market.
