• Provided EH&S consultation to KP facilities throughout the U.S. and systems/process redesign and project management on complex national initiatives/program improvements.
• Spearheaded overhaul of national incident recordkeeping systems, including integration of all KP regions into a single, web-based platform, process redesign. Built strong working relationships with multiple stakeholder.
• National lead for KP EH&S web-based training program providing annual safety training for >150,000 employees, including overall program design/management, support to local EH&S in implementation and ongoing development.
• Served as National EH&S lead on Continuous Performance Assessment team, ensuring compliance with Joint Commission Environment of Care accreditation standards, OSHA and EPA regulations.

• EH&S Manager of 200+ bed hospital and satellite facility/ancillary services with responsibility for injury and illness prevention, Environment of Care (EOC), OSHA and EPA compliance
• Developed EH&S/Safety policies and procedures and established processes to improve safety operations, and to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
