Coached the varsity offensive line for a high school football team that made it to the semifinals of the State Tournament. Collaborated with coaching staff to solve complex problems of how to win against physically superior opponents.Developed young talent, as most of the linemen were freshmen or completely new to football.Also served as assistant coach for the Junior Varsity as a means to develop the next generation of organizational talent.

Taught a total of 38 students across two classes of high school Sociology and 36 students in one class of high school Psychology. Increased the level of competence in the students from barely being able to find their textbooks at the end of the first quarter to being able to operate at the Synthesis level of Bloom's Taxonomy by the end of the second quarter. Trained the students to engage in constructed response questions of higher order thinking and to synthesize information gained from previous chapters and other courses; where previously, they were only used to multiple choice questions and "guided notes."
