• Some of the roles during this time include:
• Identifying boundaries for the Enumeration Areas(EAs), locating all structures and visiting everyhousehold to list all the usual members in the EAassigned to them before the enumeration exercise;
• Ensuring that all the necessary equipment/materialsto be used for enumeration are available to thembefore the exercise commences;
• Administering all questions and recording responseson all persons who will have spent the night of24th/25th August 2019 in each of the households inthe assigned Enumeration Area.
• Obtaining complete and accurate answers andcapturing them correctly during the enumerationexercise;
• Forwarding all equipment and questionnaires (usedand unused), maps, notebooks, and any othermaterials as directed to the Content Supervisor afterthe enumeration exercise;

Uasin Gishu County, Kenya

• Received client's queries and responded to themaccordingly
• Escalate customer queries to permits officers andsupervisor where necessary
• Worked together with IT to ensure Permits/licensesfor stalls applied through the Uasin Gishu Countyportal are processed timely in line agreed standardsand meets customer expectations
• Regularly provided reports and statistics onpermits/licenses
• Undertook such other duties as reasonably requiredby the supervisor
