During this process, developed key relationships with vendors to support mutually beneficial partnerships in supporting ongoing success.Implemented preventative maintenance programs and performed hands on training for maintenance personnel to develop in depth understanding of equipment, in depth troubleshooting, root cause analysis. This ensured minimal down time of production process.
