I have been involved in customer support and services all of my professional life. I put the needs of the customer first and foremost in all decision making and scheduling of services. My mechanical skills began to develop when at the age of 10 I wondered what would happen when you inserted a wire in the hot and neutral sides of a duplex receptacle. Since then I always strive to find out how things work and how to repair them. My customer service skills developed in my position as a Fitness Center Manager for the Morale Welfare and Recreation department at Wiley Barracks (Kaserne) in Germany for the US Army (civilian) where I was responsible for the sports recreation programs for the service and family members of Wiley Barracks and for a time (transition) the entire Neu Ulm military community. I have an excellent eye for detail, superb diagnostic skills, and am not intimidated by new technology or equipment.
