I lead Gallagher Bassett's efforts to formally define the outcomes that matter most in our business and how we measure those outcomes. This includes development of key analytics products; design of outcomes-focused reports and dashboards, alignment of outcomes to business practices, and education on our approach to measuring outcomes.

Led development of strategic analysis for multi-year enterprise transformation strategy for $40B business. Led cross-functional efforts to build measurement framework, analyze market opportunities, and develop long-term financial modeling. Analysis was used by CEO and board of directors as critical input to strategic decision-making process.

Led enterprise-wide strategy and planning for Allstate's data and analytics roadmap, spanning 15 business units totaling over $40B in revenue. I have led across our business, technology, data, and analytics organizations to develop a holistic strategic plan with over $1 billion in projected long-term economic impact.

Led development of the long-term strategic and annual operating plans for Allstate Personal Lines, a $30B+ insurance business. Collaborated with the President and Senior Leadership Team to identify strategic priories; worked with business partners to develop key assumptions, projections, and risks. The plans we developed led to all-time highs in new customers acquired and industry-leading profitability.

• Led several strategic initiatives with potential revenues of $5B+, including market segment analysis, competitive benchmarking, distribution strategy, and affinity business strategy. Developed and analyzed strategic options; facilitated senior leadership discussions to align on strategic decisions.• Led development of strategic discussion materials for Board of Directors meetings and Business Unit Reviews with CEO (annual operating plan, long term strategic plan) for $26B personal lines insurance business. Worked with senior leadership to identify and frame key issues for strategic discussion.

• Developed allowable acquisition cost model to support economic analysis of Marketing investment and customer acquisition initiatives; drove incorporation into marketing measurement and strategic planning.• Led financial analysis and modeling for new Drivewise telematics insurance product. Modeled cost and revenue structures, identifying opportunity to reduce cost by $15 million annually.

• Led economic analysis and modeling for $100MM project to revamp multi-channel distribution strategy for insurance products totaling $26B annual revenue. Identified a projected $7B in revenue and cost savings over 5 years.
