CurrentAs Product Manager within Fresenius's Corporate Strategy & Innovation organization, I manage clinician-facing digital products across the product development lifecycle.-Owned the creation and launch of the Fresenius Rx, Medication Management Team and the Clinical Education Team Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and continuous monthly iterations. These new digital experiences transformed the clinician documentation experience, improved the work experience for clinicians, and improved patient care. -Drove the creation and deployment of FRx’s medication refill self-service feature. This new groundbreaking business process provides five thousand+ clinicians across the FKC enterprise with the ability to request refills electronically, resulting in a 75% conversion of inbound medication orders from verbal or fax origin to electronic format and a significant revenue savings. -Designed and deployed a robust pharmacy information page for Fresenius clinicians, resulting in a 50% reduction in inbound order status service calls to the pharmacy-Visited 40+ Freseniu clinics and interviewed 150+ clinicians while conducting detailed user-centered research to inform FKC’s electronic admission packet epic and drive other strategic initiatives-Led a cross functional team including Engineering, System Architecture, UX, Clincal Operations, Customer Service, Legal and Compliance, and Regulatory to deploy, market and support a transformative product that delivers new business efficiencies and revenue savings. -Engaged with the business, design and engineering teams to prioritize, plan and execute product roadmaps that align with the needs of both the clinical business and the end user. -Owned the tactical execution of product launches, including working with marketing, training & support teams to create and execute a communications and messaging strategy as well as training and readiness plans.
