Current• Direct and manage A Better Life Recovery Program services.• Uphold and enforce the agencyʼs standards, policies and procedures, client rights, and professional code of ethics and conduct.• Establish program goals and objectives for programs and services offered at all levels of care.• Define necessary policies and processes for implementing infrastructure needed to support the organizationʼs growth.• Establish new policies based on performance improvement plans as needed, and review annually.• Develop, manage, and continually improve a team of addiction professionals to meet A Better Life Recoveryʼs mission statement, goals, and objectives.• Develop and implement innovative programs and services that deliver on A Better Life Recoveryʼs mission.• Manage the recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of administrative, program, and operations staff.• On-going project management and/or oversight of the Joint Commission steering committee; ensure standards conformance by supervising JC related activities, projects, studies, analyses, and tasks in the overall improvement of performance and quality• Collaborate and support the Clinical and Medical Director in their endeavors to improve the clinical team.• Assist Human Resources with staff conflicts, disciplinary action, and termination.• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with subordinate staff, supervisors, utilization review, managed health care clinicians, medical and mental health professionals.
