Designed & developed all IEX WFM related EDW workflows from Oracle source system to Teradata, via Golden Gate. Designed & developed a common agent view to merge agent hierarchy attributes from 5 different sources. Designed & developed solutions to eliminate manual processes, such as the historical exception process, and the WFM forecast locking.

Designed & developed database and software applications to fully automate all report scheduling, report generation, and report distribution. Built on top of SQL Server, written in .NET and was fully integrated with Business Objects Enterprise. Supported WFM, Product Marketing, Offline Support, Field Sales, Telesales, eBusiness, Quality Assurance, Rewards & Recognition, etc. Managed two Business Objects Enterprise Report Servers, Automated Payroll design and support, Verizon Activations, WFM Reporting, Call Center Report Development, TotalView Database SME, Click-to-Chat data integration and reporting, and Coaching Database support.

Lead SQL Server report developer with intense focus on stored procedures, views, DTS packages, and ad-hoc queries. Designed & developed the foundation for agent hierarchy utilizing customer inputs via the IEX Workforce Management system. Developed reporting for Senior Management, WFM, and the forecasting team. Resolved many data integrity issues due to bad coding and was responsible for the data conversions relating to the skills-based routing implementation of IEX.

Designed & developed SQL Server database and software application to mechanize all contact center performance reporting. This system was fully automated and published several thousand reports a month. Designed & developed automated payroll process and data feeds from workforce management system and saved hundreds of hours a week of manual processes. Automated manually generated spreadsheet reports and supported Workforce Management.

Provided systems/data integrations for the implementation of Blue Pumpkin’s workforce management applications. Responsible for all non-standard ACD integrations that typically involved custom programming due to unique data integration requirements. Designed and developed a knowledge assessment tracking system for GM OnStar, which included a series of interfaces that enabled the site to design, deploy, and track the results of, electronic quizzes.

Designed, developed and implemented, a company wide reporting system to track call center performance. System supported several hundred end users running several thousand reports a month and was completely automated. Presented with two awards for the design and development of a database and real-time reporting system, utilizing barcode technology. This system replaced all previous attempts, of tracking the full life cycle of incoming mail and provided detailed aging reports to the customer relations department. This system instantly impacted the performance of associates and immediately decreased aging due to associate accountability. Developed an array of production tracking databases and software interfaces for customer relations.
