David Munyaneza, a dynamic visual storyteller, has served as a communications specialist at the Daugherty Water for Food Institute (DWFI) since October 2021, followed by his new role as a program coordinator started in January 2024. With a bachelor's degree in Integrated Science and a concentration in Environmental Science and Agricultural Communications from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, he spearheads impactful visual communication strategies and implementation around water policies, agricultural innovation, and entrepreneurship on a global scale. Concurrently, he is the founder and creative director of The Giants Pictures, a multimedia agency that he leads with vision and strategy. Since 2017, David has been actively engaged in video production, graphic design & animation, and photography projects, collaborating with corporates, artists, startups, NGOs, farmers, and entrepreneurs globally, facilitating impactful storytelling and brand development. His dedication to bridging gaps between stakeholders through visual narratives reflects his belief in the transformative power of storytelling.
