The Director of eCommerce Solutions at Astound Commerce works in the Operating pillar of the organization and is responsible for the following three areas: formulating new Consulting Service offerings; managing and enabling the Solutions Architecture team; standardizing project delivery practices across all service offerings that ensure both internal and external client satisfaction.In this role I work with the Solutions Architecture team to drive the overall growth of Astound Commerce business revenue through a solutions led approach to our market. Leveraging expansive industry experience, the architecture team will help partners grow their eCommerce business success by providing overall support, advice, and thought leadership. In addition I am responsible for identifying innovative service offerings by understanding emerging technologies and trends in the industries we support. The Director of eCommerce Solutions role will also be responsible for project successes by ensuring a standard of quality for requirements and project design solutions created by the architecture team that meet the needs of our Technology and Delivery organization. This includes establishing consistency throughout the requirements life-cycle: discovery; written; prototype; design; task creation; development; qa; delivery.

The Solution Engineer position is a critical role at SysIQ requiring exceptional post-sales, technical, and communication capabilities. This position works closely with the project management and technical teams. The Solution Engineer will help gather requirements from clients and analyze their business and technical needs. They will ensure the client’s data structure, data flows, business processes, features, usability, and web design are all best practice and will liaise with SysIQ’s technical team to ensure that all enhancements and custom solutions are robust and implemented on time and in budget. In other words, they are responsible that the design of the solution on the SysIQ platform meets the customer’s business needs.The role develops the necessary documentation required for project managers and the technical team to use to ensure a successful project. This position will be an advocate for the client and help ensure we do the right thing (with holistic thinking) for the client.This is an important position that contributes directly to project implementation success.
