I have worked across many industries and has managed small to very large projects.I have over 20 years of experience in taxation with an emphasis in corporate income tax compliance, accounting for income taxes (ASC 740), R&D Tax Credits, UNICAP (Inventory Capitalization), Cost Segregation Services, Tax Impacts of ASC 606 and 842, and general Methods and Periods. I have prepared, reviewed and managed the preparation of federal and state tax returns and income tax provisions for a broad range of business entities, which cover various industries, including corporations, partnerships and individuals.I have served clients through tax planning and compliance for companies in a variety of industries including retail, food and beverage, manufacturing, real estate, technology and professional services.
