Redarc has over 40 years experience in the research, design, development and manufacture of a range of electronic products for vehicles, including dual battery systems, truck and emergency service vehicle lighting systems, CAN controllers, and electronic braking systems.Redarc is the national 2014 Telstra Business of the Year.I am proud to manage a great team of more than 50 staff, at 3 sites in SA, VIC and NSW, including highly motivated engineers producing OEM and military quality products for the Defence, trucking and 4WD/caravanning markets.As Defence Liaison I have taken Redarc to be one of the most recognised Defence SME's in SA. I have won, then as Engineering Manager delivered work with BAE Systems and Thales. Through my engagement with the Defence primes, Redarc has been selected as a supplier to both BAE Systems and Rheinmetall for LAND 400, and has signed an MoU with Raytheon Anshutz for SEA 5000.Redarc is a member of the Defence Teaming Centre, and I am a graduate of SADILP 2015.

Managing a portfolio of Integrated Circuits (ICs) worth $4M pa, including new and existing designs for NXP Semiconductors and for Hendon Semiconductors. I lead a team developing novel world-class Bipolar and CMOS ICs, was hands on designing ICs, and managed the process of subcontract manufacture of the silicon wafers and IC packaging. We worked with in-house ATE development teams to test wafers and packaged IC's in house at this former Philips Semiconductors site.

As a lead Integrated Circuit (IC) designer for TAGSYS I co-developed the RFID silicon behind the world's first commercial RFID library automation systems located in public libraries in Singapore. As IC Development Manager, I organised the subcontract manufacture and testing of the RFID IC designs, having close relationships with key Semiconductor foundries and test-houses around the world.
