I am an experienced NPI engineering manager and a certified 6 Sigma Black Belt with more than 20 years experience in industrial diesel engines. For the last 15 years I have excelled in the on time, on cost, on quality delivery of new products and the maintenance of existing products manufactured in and used across global markets. I have a history of proven delivery in leading high budget complex workflow throughout the whole NPI life cycle from concept to production and beyond.​With a focus on coaching, I work across teams, functions and organisations to elevate the performance of the team across the whole value stream; leaving a lasting legacy of superior products and people development.​With high work standards and a continuous improvement mindset, I am passionate about LEAN to build a learning, problem solving organisation.
