I own a consulting business and consult to King Planning as General Manager and an Expert Witness.At the core of my role is forensic analysis of delay, disruption, acceleration, and associated time related matters and acting as an Expert Witness. I draft and compile the evidentiary and analytical material required for expert reports and client advice.I have also been engaged to provide planning and programming services on major projects including the Nundah Bypass, Lang Park and Coal Gold Mine where I revised and updated the construction programs.Recent engagements as an Expert Witness include acting for:· The Contractor in Arbitral proceedings with the Principal Government body regarding construction works at the Craigieburn Sewerage Treatment Plant in Victoria. I gave evidence at the Arbitral hearing.· One of Australia’s largest energy providers in its dispute with the Contractor regarding the upstream gas treatment facilities at Eurombah Ck in Queensland. My engagement included giving oral evidence in the Expert Determination.· The Joint Venture Contractor responsible for delivering WestConnex Stage 2 New M5 Tunnel in Sydney in various adjudication proceedings.· The Joint Venture Contractor in relation to claims associated with the early works (site contamination) at the New Royal Adelaide Hospital in South Australia.King Planning provides time-related litigation and dispute resolution support as well as planning, programming and project monitoring services across a wide variety of industries.Our broad range of clients include leading multinational contractors, subcontractors, and project owners as well as local builders, engineers, and government bodies.
