I maintained a > 90 NPS throughout all programs offered (>100 coursewares) in a blended learning model of traditional classrooms, web-based, virtual, and tele-guidance formats. These courses aim to drive adoption, proficiency and deliver clinical confidence and competence. >95% of customers engaged reported an increase in clinical knowledge and confidence upon completion of coursewares throughout my tenure.I effectively pursued and co-created cross-functional teams across internal business units and with external parties including ultrasound societies through serving on the board of directors for the society of vasular ultrasound, trained and managed and evaluated a team of >20 clinical education specialists who delivered the course content I developed and maintained. I executed from ideation to market large scale service solutions with 3rd party procurement in a BMC, worked as an extension of marketing and product development, and was heavily involved in supporting program management for PDLM/NPI in the global market while focusing on North American business needs to drive programs contributing to unprecedented growth.A personal highlight of my experience in this role was rapidly developing and launching COVID-19 webinar series which garnered over 20,000 attendees and provided essential education for international front-line physicians at the start of the global pandemic. To feel so truly close to the mission of Philips to improve the lives of 2.5 Billion people by 2030 was an honor and has continued to shape my perspective and personal mission ever since.
