From 2009 to 2021 I was a founding director at Land & Wave. There wasn't much that wasn't in my job specifications, from building shower blocks, completing funding applications, and of course the money making part, taking people out on the water or climbing a cliff. In 2021, it was time for a new challenge. I started to work for the Dorset Local Enterprise Partnership as a business advisor. From there I joined Evolve Advisory, where I continue to work with great people. My work consists of two main elements...1. Helping people to start and grow their business - developing business plans and overcoming barriers to growth. 2.
