Main Functions: Performing and leading audit assignments within the entities belonging to Santander worldwide, focusing on the financial and non financial risks (financial risk, tax risk, market risk, compliance risk, underwriting risk and operational risk), having developed such functions in Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, USA, UK, Germany, Poland, Portugal..Projects: Santander Group tax review with special focus on corporate tax and VAT (2012,2013). Due diligence and confirmatory due diligence: Abbey National (2004), Alliance & Leicester (2008), ABN Banco Real (2008), CAM (2011), UNIM (2012), BGZ (2013). Review of the consolidated financial statements of Santander Group (2008, 2010 and 2013). Audit of subsidiaries belonging to the Santander Group: Germany (2003, 2013), Portugal (2004), UK (2005, 2007, 2008), USA (2008), Austria (2009), Poland (2010), Brazil (2008, 2009), Argentina (2007 , 2010), Italy (2011), Mexico (2005, 2008, 2011, 2013). Other audits carried out: Treasury, Financial Management, Consumer Business, Private Equity, Asset Management, Strategic Investments, etc.
