In collaboration with Life skills Coordinator evaluate life skills delivery in all YPS &TVETS. To ensure effective implementation of capacity building for YPS&TIVETS. Train all new facilitators on how to effectively deliver life skills. Monitor and support effective delivery of BEST Modules across YP’S &TVETS Conduct regular assessments on delivery and put in measures in place to address the gaps if any. Submit timely and accurate weekly, monthly & annual reports for YPS &TVETS as required. Facilitate capacity building/training program to be conducted by CAP YEI. Coordinate training activities including Planning, organizing workshops& logistics. Provide hands on training to the YP/TVET facilitators in BEST modules conduct capacity development needs analysis for trainees to determine learning outcomes needed for trainee’s success and collect information about target beneficiaries Develop and implement methods to monitor and evaluate the results of capacity building programs and capacity building initiatives. Coordinate knowledge management and sharing capacity building initiatives

Empowering the vulnerable in non informal settlement of Nairobi (Kibera, Korogocho, Mathare, Pumwani-Majengo and in its environs, Dandora, city carton which is within Buru Buru areas and also working with the Former street children who are in empowerment stage, through training them on VLSA concept (Village Saving and Loans Associations) to ensure that they are able to save the little and come-up with sustainable project to cater for their immediate needs and thus become self reliant.
