My career journey started after I graduated from an orphanage boarding school in Tanzania, going back to my community after many years of school away from home, I couldn't accept the fact that many out-of-school fellow youth and childhood friends were decaying for drugs, prostitution, poverty, criminal, etc. I decided to be the change and founded the Let God Be You Foundation out of my spiritual motivation.I have worked to empower youth, children, and women in my community, received international recognition, and awards, and attracted scholarships and international partnerships in implementing different range of projects to empower youth children, and women. Through my work, was lucky to connect and build relationships with local and international people with different expertise, businessmen, and women who coached and provided a platform for me to excel in my career.Through my experience, my work results, and my eagerness to develop myself through education by taking different courses. I managed to secure job positions and consultation contracts with businesses in different industries, profitable and non-profits. I have reached over a thousand beneficiaries through my work by linking them to jobs, starting a business, going back to school, coaching and mentorship, etc. Apart from building a community educational and training center for my community under my organization, I participated fully in building projects such as the Urban School with Kujali International the Living School project with the Slate Foundation, and the Bridge Program in collaboration with Southern Africa Youth Project and many other.
