I developed a photographic/digital imaging business from start-up to profit progressing with a yearly growth over 5 years, creating and implementing business strategy and work processes.During this period I achieved a high level of competence in several industry standard digital software packages including, html-website, blog maintenance, e-commerce and Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom to name but a few.After gaining professional qualifications as a Master Photographer I won many awards from professional organisations including most promising classical wedding photographer of the year in 2005 from the Master Photographers Association.

Progressing from microprocessor PCA debug to product engineering, this role provided me with a wealth of technical experience. Much of the Product Engineering role involved being 'plant ready' to provide repair services for the field returns of faulty circuit boards - mainly servers. A good part of this was being the chair of the new product introduction forum. This group comprised of various departments and my NPI role was to coordinate and disseminate all relevant information to whoever was involved in the repair cycle. My personal responsibilities included purchasing of test equipment, ensuring technical documentation (schematics and ECN - engineering change notices) were at the correct level.Other parts of this job were to create work instructions for Manufacturing Fallout Debug operators and technicians.As a member of Internal Quality Audit Team (ISO9002 /ISO14001) I was also responsible for authoring/maintaining a number of Quality Audit Procedures. Often I this position I provided offsite engineering test hardware and processes in the UK and Holland and when Compaq acquired Digital I provided engineering support in Digital, Holland, to facilitate the transfer of new product to the UK.

I provided semiconductor test equipment repair and maintenance as well as semiconductor device test program maintenance for TTL, CMOS and ECL technology.
