Ensure managerial communication,recruitment, evaluations, objective definition and follow up and people development. o Main missions of the perimeter are: - Execution of mutual and alternative funds transactions (EMEA & APAC Wealth Management execution platform) - Foreign exchange, money market and OTC derivatives trades booking and settlement for all Swiss territory business lines (WM, CIB and ALMT)- Cash Transfers booking, settlement and investigations (Private Banking and Corporates Cash Management)- Financial security and compliance filtering controls on all messaging services- Cash Desk, teller operations, clients and bank safe management, credit cards and check issuing and collection - Digitalization and robotisation of all tasks without added value, identification and deployment of internal solutions built in collaboration with IT digital teams. - Build the strategy of the perimeter according to banking industry evolutions (Regulatory evolutions such as EMIR, FMIA, MIFID, …) and Group strategic business, HR & transformations plans.ec

Contribution from Jan. 2015 to Nov. 2016 to a major transformation project for the Operations hub aiming to perform global brokerage and custody for an offshore group entity; and to create a near shored operational platform in Lisbon. Near shoring of the whole activity on Securities and Derivatives transactions, including Funds.o Manage a team including 3 team leaders. Ensure managerial communication,recruitment, evaluations, objective definition and follow up and people development thanks to training plans. o Ensure operational treatment of all markets transactions on behalf of client or for proprietaryaccount. Perimeter composed by 3 teams in charge Forex and money market, OTC Derivatives,Securities and Derivatives transactions.o Ensure the diffusion and interpretation of key activity indicators to monitor the production, thequality and risk.o Monitor evolutions of the banking industry and adapt the operational setup accordingly.o Manage interactions between business lines and other functional teams within the Bank.o Build and monitor the budget in terms of FTEs and costs.o Define and contribute to technical evolutions of IT applications used.
