Current• A member of the BSA's senior leadership team, reporting to the Executive Director and the Board of Directors, leading the vision and execution of the marketing and communications strategy for the second largest chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). The BSA consists of the Boston Society of Architects, a 501(c)(6) membership organization and the BSA Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity.• Developed a simple, clear and differentiated articulation of the brand mission across both entities which was adopted by the board and deployed across all channels.• Led a redesign of the BSA Newsletter, which resulted in a 34% increase in open rates (to 45%) and a 71% increase in readership versus prior year. Website also saw increased engagement of 84% as a result of the changes.• Rejuvenated public relations outreach, leading to a 170% increase in mentions and a 313% increase in reach in the first 6 months.• Activated new social media strategy, resulting in a 43% increase in views and a 215% increase in engagement on LinkedIn.
