• 34+ years overall experience working in oilfield; 20+ years well planning and 4 years rig site experience• 20 years land/onshore, 8 years offshore/platform and 4 years Deepwater experience• Worked for BP, ExxonMobil, Saudi Aramco, Kuwait Oil Company, IPC France, Trident Energy and Baker Hughes• Worked in United States (AK, TX), Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Brazil and France• Rig start-up and rig construction experience from 2 platforms with fully automated rig new builds in Azerbaijan• Extended Reach Drilling (ERD) and long departure horizontal execution, well planning and well design experience in Sakhalin, Alaska and Azerbaijan.• HPHT Deep Onshore and Offshore oil and gas drilling, high H2S environment and loss circulation (blind drilling and mud cap drilling) well planning and well design experience in Kuwait.• Through tubing rotary drilling (TTRD), multi-lateral and MRC (Maximum Reservoir Contact multi-lateral well planning and well design experience in Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia.• Designed, planned and executed the first Rhaetic horizontal well in the Paris Basin.• Implemented and delivered Subsea Tethering BOP/Wellhead stabilization system in shallow water to allow for the safe attachment of the riser and subsea BOP system to the Intervention vessel (expedited timeline - 4 month delivery from contract signed to first installation)• Horizontal sidetracking and workover execution, planning and design experience.• Developed lower completion design (combination solid cemented and slotted liner) for Alaska Operations.• HSE Leadership to office and rig site-based personnel utilizing the numerous company processes (i.e., STOP, SOC) and audits (Permit to Work).• DIMS/OpenWells drilling database and Landmark application user and support experience.• Technical development planning for engineers and supervisors experience.
