SAP Regional Materials Specialist * Inventory Control * Set up PM schedule on SAP for all Turbines * Set up Recalibration & Recertification schedule for all Test Meters on site * Set up Warehouse for storage of material received * Ship & Receive material * Setup Service Calls for jobs in the field * Provide Weekly and Monthly Reports on Turbine PM’s and Repairs * Setup database for all service calls, assigned jobs per tech, and material consumed. * Order spare parts and consumables * Identify any discrepancies on material or equipment received * Inspect equipment and material before offloaded by using photos as documentation per shipment. * Visit two sites and control Inventory and set up PM’s scheduling for each location. * Provide assistance with the setting up of Contract Agreements. * SAP M/M to order consumable and spare parts * SAP M/M to expedite on material ordered * SAP M/M to receive material * SAP M/M for manifesting, shipping and receiving * SAP M/M for MRP and STO orders * SAP M/M for Audit Counts

* Review Purchase Orders and Equipment P & ID’s for new construction of Opti-Ex Floating Platform. * Review the vendor locations and vendor documentation. * Inspection of Production Platform equipment at vendor locations * Inspection of Production equipment at the fabrication yard to assure no deviations have occurred during transportation of the shipment. * Verify all equipment / material received as per the packing list or supporting documentation * Use photos to identify material / equipment received as a backup for documentation * Inspection of Re-Assembly material and Commissioning and Start-up spares * Coordinate Equipment Vendors for Preventative Maintenance Schedule. * Coordinate Service Calls for all Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of Topsides. * Coordinate an Inventory Database for equipment and material received for the project. * Coordinate the storage of mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical parts in the fabrication warehouse. * Coordinate the proper procedure to assure documentation of material and equipment to be provided to the client. * Order all safety supplies, consumables, spare parts, equipment needed for offshore. * Traceability of structure & pipe assembly for Opti-Ex Topsides * Provide Weekly and Monthly Reports on equipment and material inventory status * Reviewing Contracts from vendors, * Negotiating best pricing method * Assuring all terms and agreements are being met as per contract provided. * Maintain Preservation Data Base for Long Term Preservation on Equipment for the Opti-Ex. * Onsite Procurement for the purchase of spare parts, consumables, and misc. material needed for the Mechanical Completion, Commissioning, and Operations. * Expedite on material ordered * Stock Material in the Opti-Ex warehouse.
