As a Senior Front Office Specialist, my role has involved direct customer contact, and managing complex logistical issues in one of the largest European markets. Crucial part of the job involved providing exceptional service to build and maintain strong client relationships. Working in a fast-paced, diverse environment of an industry leader has taught me to adapt quickly and effectively tackle new challenges in cooperation with a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders

My job as a PR Assistant included administrative tasks, media monitoring, communication with journalists, preparation of social media posts, text translations and editing, and participation in the preparation of creative concepts. In addition, I conducted research on relevant client topics, participated in the organization of client events and worked with various AI platforms as part of a virtual influencer project.

I was a political and foreign affairs correspondent for Blesk Zprávy, the online service of the country's most widely sold and read newspaper. My job involved regularly coming up with topics primarily focused on domestic and foreign politics and writing articles about them. This included research, telephone interviews with respondents, or personal participation in relevant events. As part of my position, for example, I participated in the coverage of the Čapí hnízdo court case, the SPOLU coalition headquarters during the municipal elections in September 2022, and the European Political Community and European Council summit at Prague Castle in October 2022.

I was part of the sales team of Mall.tv. My job consisted mainly of support and admin tasks, which included, among others, creation and adjustment of presentations, correction of social media posts, and work with internal data systems.

As a tour guide through the Prague city centre, I worked with groups from school, work, and private sector in both English and German. This helped me develop among others flexibility and independent thinking, as the guide needs to always adjust to the specific tour’s needs and circumstances, but also a client oriented mindset and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds. I have worked, among others, with companies such as Pragkontakt, Ecotours etc.

As a teacher I led language courses for businesses. The courses were solely in my competence – my tasks therefore included preparation of the courses’ content and of study materials, administration, communication with both the participants and the language school, and going through the necessary training.
