As Head of Payment Operations, David has responsibility for managing multiple treasury operations areas collaborating with product management, technology, risk, compliance, relationship management and sales. He has led multiple key strategic initiatives that have strengthen the infrastructure that helped the Bank increase treasury offerings. His background in client servicing and operations is beneficial with the support of treasury services. His current scope of responsibility includes ACH/Electronic Banking, Cash Vault Services, Account Reconciliation, Account Analysis, Fraud Operations, Item Processing, Money Transfer, Lockbox, Trust Operations, Mail Services, Transportation Services and Statement Services. Prior leadership assignments include Wire Services, Item Processing, Corporate Client Servicing and Call Center. His leadership and engagement skills are attributes of David. His 30+ years of banking experience spans a full range of functions within retail banking and global treasury services. David attended California State University-Sacramento studying business management.
