This education has equipped me with financial analysis and strategic thinking skills.I transitioned from a dynamic hospitality background, where I excelled in roles as manager, server, banquet hall lead, and, most recently, Operations and Procurement Director at High-five Kitesurfing School. In this role, I managed a team of more than 25 instructors, streamlined schedules, and optimised supply chain operations,resulting in significant cost savings and improved efficiency. I also played a pivotal role in the growth of the school by expanding services, establishing partnerships with global brands such as Liewe, North, and Red Bull, and venturing into exciting product development opportunities. These experiences demonstrated my ability to effectively drive market development, product growth, and brand partnerships.Prior to this, I served as General Manager & Operations Manager at The Loading Bay. There, I led multifaceted teams and managed day-to-day operations efficiently. My responsibilities ranged from recruiting and training staff to launching the expansion into three new product areas and locations, showcasing my ability to navigate complex projects with ease.Beyond the professional realm, my primary hobbies include surfing, kitesurfing, travel, music, andcooking which reflect my passion for an active lifestyle, exploration, and creativity.
