We went live with our initial implementation of SailPoint in May of 2018. We continue to roll out updates and include other global markets using the SailPoint product.HRO-China Go-Live Happened 09-2016! SAP Basis Admin to include SAP Security, Printer management and evaluation of reporting tools

Started in the Machinery Parts Department (MPD) - Created databases to track our performance for the customers to analyse how well we were meeting our customer's needs. Created a database to change the pricing sheets (four huge green-bar binders) from printed copies to an electronic version - this helped our Cutomer Service employees to quickly and accurately look up pricing on spare parts. I also worked with our IT group to implement a Bulliten Board system for our customers - this allowed the customers to send us the data on their inventory so that we could price it for them to let them know the value of their current inventory.I eventually transitioned to the IT group and became the SAP System Administrator.
