Managed the duct cleaning operations at Atlas Care with an annual revenue of $750,000 which in the duct cleaning world is a fantastic number to reach, by training my crews to upsell products like air filters, HVAC disinfecting, and coil cleanings and also dryer vent cleanings which brought in that extra revenue for the company, as we had 3 trucks on the road at the time I was manager.Training future HVAC technicians that came out of George Brown college with G1 licensees to be customer service representatives for the company and they would have to prove their customer service through the duct cleaning division before they would be able to start their careers as and HVAC technician.I was also the person who would go and fix any issues that we had in the installations department, as I have a background in drywall and painting as well as other construction that was needed, as the installation teams tend to bump into walls and fall through ceilings, so I was the one who went to repair those type of issues when they occurred.
