As Vice President of Taxation & Compliance within our Finance organization, David leads a multi-faceted organization ensuring tax (Corporate, Sales, Payroll, etc) compliance while also guiding the direction of our organizations rapidly growing staff payroll needs. Previously serving as Vice President of the Client Financial Operations Management organization, David lead a Global team providing PRO Unlimited and RightSourcing clients with the core bundle of Services; this included Client Payroll Operations and Financial Operations in Folsom (CA, US), London (UK) and Bangalore (India). Additionally this multi-faceted organization includes the teams responsible for implementing technology solutions and ensuring the end to end Revenue / Cost cycle within the Business Systems Operations Organization. The Client Financial Operations Management organization is comprised of 100+ skilled individuals striving to provide timely, accurate payroll and accounting services and "Best-in-class"​ customer service.David earned his BS in Managerial Economics at University of California, Davis. Once his career began, he pursued additional education and experience in accounting, ultimately allowing him to obtain his CPA license (active) in California in 2014. Throughout his career, David has seized the opportunity to identify and develop the necessary skills to creatively maximize efficiency and recommend/implement solutions. He has adopted this at the core of his management philosophy to allow his employees’ ambitions to be realized while producing in line with the companies goals.
