Organizational design elements may include; Developing workplace policy / structure, Operational processes (workflows), Scalable logistics, and supply chain efficiency / redundancy Logistics, Human Resource Officer, Information Technology, Facilities, Information flows and Decision-making protocols.The Director provides direct supervision for the organization’s Technology Team, Human Resources Office, National Training Manager and Tools Training Manager.
