Projects with space and defence agencies such as the Canadian Space Agency, the European Space Agency and Defence Research and Development Canada. Projects involving the analysis, the requirements definition, the design, the development and the validation of Guidance, Navigation, Control & machine vision systems for aerospace applications and robotics systems (including remotely piloted aerial systems (RPAS), electric vertical takeoff and landing vehicles (eVTOL), spacecrafts, planetary landers and ground systems).R&D projects aiming at the development and validation of innovative product prototypes (validation by software-in-the-loop simulation, hardware-in-the-loop simulation and in flight).Participation to international technical conferences, standardisation organisations and journal papers review.Participation to business development initiatives and trade shows.

Guidance, navigation and control systems engineer.Mission analysis, design, development and validation of autonomous Guidance, Navigation and Control systems applicable to space and airborne systems.IMU, altimetry, camera and Lidar sensors data fusion.Lidar and camera image processing systems for hazard detection & avoidance, relative navigation and absolute navigation.Development and operation of hardware-in-the-loop test facilities. Robot-on-rail scaled laboratory and full scale helicopter-based test facility. Validation of systems performance by software simulations and with hardware-in-the-loop.
